    If you’ve never done business with Biddu, you’re missing out this company is top-notch. I’ve done multiple transactions with them. I’ve had stuff shipped. I picked stuff up and they always have everything as described and you get what’s in the pictures. The shipping value is always good. the packaging is good as well

    Overall great experience, product was exactly as described. The only downfall was the packaging was basically just a box with the product bouncing around inside of it that took over a week to ship.

    Item exactly as described. Runs great. Great condition. Won auction at a reasonable price. I believe item should have been wrapped in plastic on its shipping pallet but wasn't. It did arrive with no damage.

    Communication is a bit lacking. Waited on hold for a very long time and only spoke with someone 1 out of three times I called. They auto emailed me a couple times telling me they had not received payment even though I had already wired them the money. Everything was corrected and smooth going when I showed up at the physical location in SC. Everyone was very nice and helpful and they got me loaded up and out the door very quickly. Corporate contact is lacking but in person was great.
