Welcome to Capt. Ken Tutalo's Custom Fishing Flies. Capt. Ken has been tying and designing flies for over 50 years. Capt. Ken has been a Fly Fishing Outfitter that specializes in Guided Fishing Trips and Instruction for 3 decades. Ken has a Fly shop in Roscoe NY that operates under the name, Baxter House Outfitters. This shop is well known for Innovative Custom Fly Patterns and the finest guide staff in the region. Many of Ken's Flies have appeared in books and other publications. Capt. Ken splits his time between guiding the famous Trout waters of the Upper Delaware River and the Tampa Bay Estuary. Both his fresh water and salt water fly patterns are available in this store. We are also authorized dealers for TFO Fly Rods, Wapsi, Hareline, Dr. Slick, Regal, and more....
