    Seller outside UK - unlike stated, longer delivery time (not critical). poor packaging - just a clear film wrap as a result some holes due to transportation. product came dirty - someone in WH been walking on it before packaging, footprints marks on product. apart above - all good, description matching, happy with quality and rubberized back. would buy again and recommend same make, but from different local seller.

    Very happy with the quality and condition of the rug runner and the selling price. Very disappointed with the service. When purchased the delivery time was 3 to 5 days from ordering. Delivery was over six days longer than quoted. Tracking was available but did not work, including ParcelForce details. Contacted the seller, who responded to each message but did NOT address the issues I raised with any satisfaction. There was also NO mention of Poland being the supplier in the details.

    Never even received item seller cancelled - reason issue with buyer address no contact or query with myself just issue with buyer address I receive parcel deliveries at least 6 times a week from all over the world and yet here in the uk -London someone has an issue with my address -absolute rubbish - very poor business practice.

    Arrived a few days later than expected, but worth the wait.. Good quality product at reasonable price. Came from POLAND! Posted on 10th , arrived 21st, but VERY HAPPY!
