  Item arrived packaged very carefully. Item as described and in brand new condition. Thomson is an excellent quality product. Price was fair, and appearance was exceptional. Only complaint is that shipping was a bit lengthy, and got somewhat generic responses from seller. Overall satisfied though, and would recommend seller.

  Fantastic and very hard to find tire. Easy transaction amd communication. The picture in the ad shows an Evolution tire and I recieved a lesser Performance line tire. Kinda disappointing, but no big deal. Take note, seller takes 6 business days to ship items which will add extra waiting time to receive your product. Good seller overall. Thanks!

  Item is exactly as described and was packaged well. I had a similar experience to some reviewers where it took a week for a shipping label to be created and another week for the shipping service to receive the package. I understand this isn't amazon but I would have loved to get a message explaining the delay.

  This was my first time ordering with Bell’s Bike Shop, and overall it was an outstanding experience. The product is exactly as listed, high quality, and perfect condition. The cost of shipping has to be mentioned as higher than I was comfortable with, but ultimately worthwhile for a quick and effective delivery. 10/10 I will absolutely buy from this business again, nothing but positives!   As described. Authentic Ritchey product 8n OEM recyclable Ritchey brown papar packaging. Prospective buyers should onow that lengthy handling times lead to a slow shipping process with this buyer... I've purchased from them several times, and it's been the same every time. So, if you're in a hurry, look elsewhere.
