  Item description was somewhat unclear as to how many bolts were included. I ordered qty. 2, assuming that I would receive four bolts. I received two bolts, but followed up with the seller, and they clarified that I should have received four and went ahead and shipped me the remainder. Excellent communication and highly professional customer service. Shipped quick. Packaged well. Thanks!

  Item is exactly as described and was packaged well. I had a similar experience to some reviewers where it took a week for a shipping label to be created and another week for the shipping service to receive the package. I understand this isn't amazon but I would have loved to get a message explaining the delay.

  This was my first time ordering with Bell’s Bike Shop, and overall it was an outstanding experience. The product is exactly as listed, high quality, and perfect condition. The cost of shipping has to be mentioned as higher than I was comfortable with, but ultimately worthwhile for a quick and effective delivery. 10/10 I will absolutely buy from this business again, nothing but positives!   As described. Authentic Ritchey product 8n OEM recyclable Ritchey brown papar packaging. Prospective buyers should onow that lengthy handling times lead to a slow shipping process with this buyer... I've purchased from them several times, and it's been the same every time. So, if you're in a hurry, look elsewhere.

  Items the bars were received fine and not open in individual wrappers. The box was destroyed and placed in another plastic bag different from the original sent wrap. This was also received in rough shape. The contents fortunately weren’t breakable and individual wrapping intact. Not the fault of the seller. Appears to be Post Office trashed. I give only positive feedback to the seller. Thank you.

  Tires are as described and were packed well. Price was reasonable. Shipping was free and fast. Tires ride nice, even on wet street. Too soon to speak to durability but the streets here are rough and so far, so good. Would purchase from this seller again! A++++
