    MOLD SPORES ON PACKAGING!!!! My Mazin Hamster Hope arrived in very damaged condition. Definitely NOT SEALED OR IN NEW Condition as advertised!! Listing photos and vague description of packaging flaws were both deceptive. Item had MOLD spores on both front & top of plastic packaging. Bottom of box was partially crushed with openings where dirty seals had come loose. Seller DECLINED to REFUND shipping costs, instead choosing to blame eBay for this toxic product/listing! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

    Received in 6 days. Thanks for listing the items. I could not find any at the local Walmart store so I ordered from you. They were packed real good. Last time I ordered online they were packed loose and the caps came off and the packet was wet so I lost some of the stuff. These came thought real nice. Thank you.

    Received Calgon as pictured and ordered. This item apparently was discontinued by the manufacturer. There are precious few of this item apparently available anymore. So the item was as advertised. The problem that arose was the late delivery from Indianapolis mail center. This was not the seller's fault. The post office had recently switched over to a new location and due to the post office not having it's act together it took extra time to be delivered until today. Not the sellers fault.

    Bella’s outlet was so great to deal with ..I had questions and the seller was quick in responding and also accepting my offer even though I was confused about the process ..he/She had patience and understanding and I was able to get this discontinued item that I been searching for. it has not been shipped yet but has been initiated and I trust it will arrive timely and in NEW condition as described. thank you Bella’s outlet…Regards JodiElena
