I had a notice that my product did ship almost immediately, which was good to know. It is my opinion and experience only, at times the U.S. Postal service is not always reliable and delays in delivery occur. Upon contacting this Avon vendor, she got on it right away to help track shipment of my product. I received my product within a few days after. I was so happy to receive my Avon Serum!!
