    5 star for this seller. I purchased a set of Xmas lights they was away for certain amount of time but as soon as they was home they dispatched my item. I received my item in excellent condition packed extremely well. Communication also excellent. I had to email them as soon as I received my item I was so pleased with my lights and I appreciated them going the extra mile in getting them dispatched as quickly as they did. Highly recommend this seller.

    I never received the item, despite waiting a few days for an initial response explaining that the stock was damaged and not available. I found the situation to be quite confusing and an unnecessary hassle; the seller should have been more organised.

    I new you were dissapointed you wouldn't want an item that was covered in paint. We destroyed it and was unable to send you photographic evidence. We reached out to you immediately as we are always honest with our customers. Shame you are not. You ordered late on the 9th May it was due to go out on the 10th May within timeframe. So you did not wait that is a lie. Refunded 10th May. Nothing confusing & unnecesary hassle and not unorganised.More lies. Informed & Refunded immediately with apology.
