This is a gift for a glowworm lover and while is an older model I was a bit surprised it did not come in a box since was advertised as new but I did not check to see if it was advertised as having a box… my bad. Seemed a bit smudged on its face and minor stains in creases of the ears but I was able to clean it up. Music box and lights all work. I am sure it will be loved by its new owner

The shipping was timely but the item got lost and delayed in transit. When I contacted the seller I was just told to contact eBay. Just seemed there could have been more customer service from the seller. Item was as described and packaged well for transit. I paid almost half the shipping costs from another seller in the same area.
