  The quality, craftsmanship, condition, value, & appearance of the item is fantastic. Unfortunately, the item first arrived shattered and scratched up from the glass shards, thanks to the transit, despite multiple fragile stickers. I took photos and immediately sent to the seller, who quickly responded, stating they had another, and not to worry. Within a few short days it arrived in immaculate condition.   This transaction was mostly positive. They couldn't find the original signed photo I bought, but they did offer a full refund and they did communicate fairly quickly. They did offer a similar signed photo at a slightly lower price. The photo came in a nicely packed 16 X 20 folder, which I did a appreciate.
