  Nothing was to much trouble for Barnardo's Charity, Excellent communication they answered my questions straight away in a honest polite manner. The packer whom packed my package deserves a medal, superb....second to none!!! My item was described perfectly , postage was extremely reasonable for the size of the item, excellent value for the money I paid. I wish all charities that sell on this site were as honest as Barnardo's...I speak from experience!! KEEP UP ALL THE GOOD WORK YOU DO XX

  Highly recommended seller. Contacted me to say some of items had been damaged in storage and offered refunds for: cancellation, part-delivery or full delivery if I still wanted the damaged items. Everything arrived beautifully packed and exactly as described for very reasonable postage. All this and a bargain too. Thank you!

  I ordered 3 pairs of boots from this seller and got charged for postage for each of them which would be okay if they hadn’t sent them all in one box, I did get a partial refund after I complained, They apparently do combined shipping but you have to ask for it, I think it should be automatic applied. They were not very well packed which I also had message the seller about hopefully they have rectified there packaging issues. As for the boots they are as described and did arrive fast.

  BNIB just as described and at a great price. Well packed and sent promptly. Seller is highly recommended (A+++++), Royal Mail definitely not (took 6 days to arrive).
