    Seller ran out of items as the one they sent me had been lost after being dispatched so seller let me know they had no more available and gave me a full refund. Seller very fast to respond and very polite. Happy with the outcome of my order as a full refund had been given, thank you :)

    Good quality and value for money but unfortunately was sent the wrong colour. Seller communication was great. Was offered discount to keep it but as it doesn't match colour scheme I returned it for a full refund. Return QR code sent quickly. I would recommend this seller .

    Seller dispatched item quickly. Upon opening package it had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting the Seller, his reply was prompt, polite and helpful.

    Item did not arrive. Order stated 'untracked' so messaged seller to chase delivery. Having done so, was told Evri were delivering and had advised seller item damaged in transit - Evri are so professional, they would have emailed me to say they had the parcel a couple of days prior, so unsure about details I have been give. Requested refund, which was given immediately. Not sure I would use this seller again, due to lack of good customer service

    My item was not delivered and despite many meesages took ages for the seller to respond. As it was a birthday gift and it was missed as not delivered, I had to purchase elsewhere and requested a refund. The seller refused and sent another one, which I did not want. Now they will not refund before they get the item back, and they refuse to sort out how it can be returned at their cost. Will need to get ebay involved. Avoid this seller. I wish I had -just awful
