  Fantastic seller, really first-rate customer service. Item delivery was slightly delayed (fault of Royal Mail) and the seller responded very promptly to my messages, and communicated very clearly and in detail. Would not hesitate to recommend.   Ordered two different colours in the notes when ordering and two colours the same were received. Contacted the seller and they resolved this by sending a new separate colour pill box to help my elderly relative differentiate the difference in their tablets which is crucial. It was very much appreciated to get this resolved by the seller 👍🏼

  Absolute waste of money and time. Took the armbands in the packaging they came in and one clearly was faulty so we couldn’t use them and had to buy more. Contacted the seller who said would give me a refund if I gave neutral or positive feedback I said we would once we received our refund and they said they cannot do that or I send the item back for investigation. They had a puncture there is nothing more to investigate. I’m not wasting my time sending £4.49 armbands back. Not happy.

  Thank you for your feedback. Sadly, it doesn’t quite reflect the situation. You made a claim that one of the armbands have a puncture so we requested photos. When we received photos of 2 armbands, where one wa inflated and second deflated in extremely poor lighting, we requested better photos or a video. Unfortunately, you did not want to cooperate from that point. Nor, were you interested in returning the item at OUR expense. Therefore, we cannot be blamed for your laziness.
