    the laptop came in pristine condition. as advertised and looked almost new or barely used. all specs were correct and the seller even helped me check on why the shipping was taking so long. it was resolved by them quickly and without problems. the price was fair and as i said the laptop came clean and nearly-new in appearance. it seems well built and i'd definitely trust this seller when buying again. thanks!
