  I am so impressed with Gary, I ordered two auto pilot belts they accidentally sent me the wrong size. When I opened the items I saw a business card. About 5:30 pm. I called the number on the card and left a voicemail. I didn't think I would hear back from him until the next day if at all, because of the time of day. 7:30 pm the same day , Gary called me looked up my order number and said that they had made the mistake and straightened it out on the spot. Definitely will buy from them again

  I ordered new tires for my 9-inch bandsaw using the part number in my owners manual. It arrived promptly and in good condition. Excellent except they were for a 12-inch saw. I used "contact seller" to explain. He researched and discovered the maker of my saw put the wrong part number in the owners manual. Realizing I had no way to know this, he quickly sent the correct tires (no charge) and I was back in service. Excellent service . He corrected the order even though it was not his error.
