  Ordered genuine Olson Cool Blocks (band saw). Said they'd come in original packaging with instructions, but they came in small plastic bag, no instructions. Called Gary @ Band Saw Warehouse. He said ship'g is way up - over $5 (he only charges $3.95). Original pkgng wd cost more. He buys in bulk - to keep $$ down, he repackages. Offered to send pix of hundreds of original packs before he repacks. Guaranteed they're genuine Olson blocks. I'm totally satisfied. Good comm's. Great eBay seller.

  I got what I ordered and it looked like the picture, plus well-written instructions, and installation tool and a contact email for any questions I could have. What a value? The item arrived in less than a week in good condition. No complaints!

  I am so impressed with Gary, I ordered two auto pilot belts they accidentally sent me the wrong size. When I opened the items I saw a business card. About 5:30 pm. I called the number on the card and left a voicemail. I didn't think I would hear back from him until the next day if at all, because of the time of day. 7:30 pm the same day , Gary called me looked up my order number and said that they had made the mistake and straightened it out on the spot. Definitely will buy from them again

  Excellent product. Small shipping snafu, took a month to get it USPS, but it was well described and solid communication. It came with everything I needed to change it and I would buy it again from them.
