    I only ordered this yesterday morning and it arrived today-wasnt expecting it until tomorrow at the earliest so I was extremely happy with that. Item is exactly as described and is great value for money. Would definitely recommend this seller!

    as described .used, but looked like new, was well cleaned etc. Good value. genuine part. postage .... product delivered on time however was just in a cardboard box with no protective packaging and the sump plug had pierced through the box in transit. Fortunately, no damage occurred. maybe seller could ensure safety of products during transit for further sales. very pleased with product and speed to recieved thank you

    Very pleased with this purchase. The Mercedes A-Class W169 Heater Blower Motor Fan Resistor (A1698200397) arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and matched the description perfectly. Fitted it with no issues and it’s working exactly as it should. Seller was responsive and professional throughout. Highly recommended!

    In all the years I've been a Ebay member I cannot remember having such brilliant service i ordered the lower arms over the weekend and they have turned up first thing this morning (Tuesday) fitted the same afternoon, and great quality and value well boxed so arrived in perfect condition and a very good cost for the two of the arms. absolutely 5star plus service.
