  Poor customer service & late delivery. Bought this 16 February but it got stuck at Yodel depot for a week & only delivered 28 February to wrong address (neighbour). Messaged this seller a few times regarding the importance of delivery ASAP & was promised that it would arrive a week earlier. I messaged again due to the delay a few times and received no response. They finally replied after delivery & said staff were on holiday during the week. Was told others chased courier but not informed.

  The reason why it may have been delivered to your neighbour is because you was not present at home. We did not make any promises that it will be delivered earlier, we endeavoured to chase even though it was not late anyway. We did respond to your messages and lastly if it was of urgency, you should have selected expedited shipping.

  These people were very kind in there contact with me. I did not receive the item but I do not feel that this was their fault. There was a mix up at the factory with the item. They give you a full refund straight away if there are any problems.

  Dear Taricha, We are sorry that you have not received the product. However, it would have been fairer to us had you first contacted us before leaving us a negative review, so that we can have atleast made attempts to resolve it. If you feel like a similar product can be purchased elsewhere at cheaper price, then it is entirely up to you. But it is not appropriate to maliciously leave defamatory comments and criticism without have the seller resolve the matter. Including your other reviews.

  Seller contacted me apologised for not contacting me earlier and now has given me a full refund so I am happy with the out come .
