  Looked at different awnings, chose this one as it was just what we wanted and also a good price, sent the company an e mail and they responded straight away then it was delivered 2 days later by APC it was well packaged and arrived safely. Excellent service from the company and Excellent service from the couriers. Will definitely order from this company again.

  Item arrived today.Courier was a joke!!! I have video evidence of the item being delivered. He walked up my neighbours path and dropped the item over the fence onto my path. Did not knock or ring my doorbell. First I knew about it was when Evri sent me a email.otherwise I would have not had a reason to go to my front door until tomorrow morning. I thought Amazon were Bad but Evri are just as bad. I shall be contacting them later.

  What a genuine seller, the stupid EVRI driver left the item in the recycling bin and it was emptied today 😞 they kindly gave me a full refund even thought it wasn't the sellers fault highly recommended

  Can't rate this seller highly enough. The local couriers used an agency driver who screwed up his deliveries on delivery day. Seller was notified & he bent over backwards chasing them up & getting it sorted out even after they sent it back out with the same driver again with the same result. Had a call from the courier with an apology as well as the seller. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommend buying from Darren & will again. Thanks for your help mate, enjoy the rugby. C'mon England..!!

  Excellent e-bay shopping. The customer focus was especially impressive. To ensure delivery was as quick as possible, the seller put the packages into his car and delivered them to the couriers hub himself. This cut a day off the delivery time. The awning was nearly 1/2 price simply because it had been opened then returned.
