  The seller was a great eBayer. Great communication and the product was just as described. Shipping was fantastic and was very well packaged. I have not put the covers over the seat yet, but I don’t foresee any issues.

  We haven't seen the seat covers yet, since they don't ship to Alaska, but their communication has been great. The box was delivered quickly to our family in California. We are excited to see them and install the seat covers when they bring them up here on their next trip in a few weeks. But their website, communication and shipping have been great. I hope the seat covers will be just as great and fit well, but I trust they'll help if there's any problem. Reliable sellers for sure. Thanks

  Grate job part was cleaned (blasted) bagged bubble wrapped and boxed nicely. It was shipped in a reasonable time frame by seller thanks guys. Now the the shipping process that was just very disappointing the part was tracked in two systems. Both did not respond to feedback and they treated the package so poorly , that the box was torn open and the part was broken. EBay needs to take some responsibility to challenge sub standards shipping providers. Sell or buyer have no show

  Seller provided what was requested in new condition, in a very timely manner. Even though we had ordered the incorrect item (we requested a cargo cover for the wrong vehicle), the seller provided us a credit with no issues and we didn't even need to ship it back! We have had a very positive experience with this seller, and we will definitely be ordering from them again when the need arises.

  I: purchased this item because the description and details said it was confirmed to fit my particular vehicle. however, upon arriving, it was obvious that the part was not compatible because of physical design differences. After reaching out to the seller, they were very understanding and cooperative as we work through the process of confirming that the parts were not interchangeable and ultimately issuing me a timely refund. Excellent Customer Service.
