  These are very nice bags. Out of the bunch, we received one bag that the sealing strip was not sealed at the top of the container. We asked for a replacement however the supplier had no individual bags and instead provided us a $2.00 refund which was above and beyond their responsibility. Nice product and great customer service.

  Item in new condition and appearance. It works well and reasonably priced. When I received the item at the PO it was just an empty envelope. Obviously stolen in the mail. Upon contacting the seller, I was told I'd receive a replacement. In no time at all here it is! Very good seller!

  arrived in an envelope with no packaging. Usps had delayed it through stupidity but seller had great communication and verified the address. Product is simple and works great for it's price.

  Never got the item as it was explained to be damaged in shipment and sent to some neverland. Seller was very responsive and answered my questions and ultimately the request for refund very quickly. I'm sorry this transaction did not work out but it wasn't the sellers fault. No idea about the condition of the item obviously and they did ship it quickly but the USPS seemed bound and determined to make this a bad deal.

  The bowls arrived, but unfortunately one was damaged in transit. Marketplace refunded my money promptly as soon as they received my email. Very good communication with customer service. The shipping on this order was done quickly and they handle my concerns promptly and politely. I would order from this seller again.

  Great seller - highly recommend. When the item arrived the package was damaged and left the item in a condition that wasn’t new as described. I reached out and they worked quickly to reconcile the issue. I was very pleased with their response timeframe and professionalism. I would purchase from them again.
