  Good seller who was willing to negotiate price by making offers and counteroffers, shipped item promptly and well packaged, and accepted my return without issue when I changed my mind about the item. I feel bad for returning the item, but it turned out that I really didn't need it after all, and I'm very grateful for their kindness and flexibility. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  Glasses were packaged in a plastic bag which was then packaged in a soft eyeglasses button envelope. This was then packaged in a small brown box to prevent squishing the frames from other elements and then in a manila envelope. Received product a day before the estimated receiving date. Product is as shown in photo and matches description. Great pricing for these as they are discontinued and the one person that sells these are 2.5 times the price that I paid.

  Shipping could have been faster, however it was not late. Packaging had the described item written on the shipping label. An extra layer of of packaging should be added. If it were raining or snowing the shipping envelope would have been damaged, thus damaging the item. The glasses are GREAT! I love them. Had all materials including the manual. The price was EXCELLENT! I’m very happy. Will do business with this seller again. Seller was very responsive within minutes of my question.

  The glasses were brand new, exactly as described. They came packaged inside of a clear glasses case, with all the advertising material still in tact. Then they were packaged inside of a lightweight mailing envelope. I was able to make an offer for less than the sale price which was already in place (33% off) plus an extra $3 off. The seller confirmed my price within an hour and shipped the next day. I had my glasses within 4 days.

  Don't buy from this seller!! I bought a kindle and instead received a DVD, which the seller wrote "Paperwhite Kindle" on the outside of the shipping packaging. Who does that? It wasn't even the right item. I contacted the seller twice and NO RESPONSE. Going through Ebay to have them do the sellers' job and get my money back. I'm very mad. For being in business this long, they should have better customer service than this.
