    Arrived quickly. Well packaged and protected. Wish the description had included the scratches on the bottom of the inside of the pan. "Spots" mentioned are not scratches. That communication was not specific enough. . Probably would have still purchased. OK seller.

    Carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sealed Mailer. The case was in 'Like New' condition, although there was a slight crack in the front case lid. I managed to swap it out with extra jewel cases I had, and looks like New. A+++ seller.

    I received the pencil in a matter of days. It was properly packaged. Unfortunately, the pencil was not in working order. However the seller responded to my message quickly and politely and issued a full refund. I would purchase from this sellar again.
