The envelope had more wear than expected, but the pattern envelope is aged and brittle which is no fault of the seller. Thanks for the great customer service. It is greatly appreciated. I have bought from this seller before and will continue to again.

I don't know where this fault came from, and neither does the seller, but they have kindly refunded me in light of Canadian customs having charged just shy of the amount paid to eBay in import duties.
