  I am extremely happy with the purchase I recently made from this seller. The item I bought was described perfectly and shipped very promptly. It arrived in excellent condition and I am very satisfied with the packaging. I have no complaints, had a very positive experience with this seller and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend this seller to others and definitely looking forward to doing business with again in the future.

  Unable to fully tell if brand new but will accept it is, without package. I bought this to replace my current one that I received as a gift a year and a half ago... the exact same one. Only difference is my current one came packaged in a labeled manufacturers box, whereas, this new one purchased came in a generic flimsy bag without labeling or tags. That's why I'm saying it was advertised new but I suspect it's new without packaging. Not concerned as it's for me but if it were for a gift...

  Recieved incorrect item. Contacted seller and did not hear back for days. Reached out again and sent photo of item recieved. Was told it was “literally” the item pictured. Had to point out that it was not the style sweater as advertised. Not at all helpful or polite. Do not recommend this rude seller.

  I wasn't rude to this buyer at all. I also replied to her questions in a timely manner. She received the exact item from the photos. Was upset she had to pay dutes for her international purchase(ebay controls this). Not sure what more I could do.
