    Hose sent was not as per the picture or description. No feedback received on dispatch and still none. Contacted the seller who initially responded and said would get back to me but didn’t so had to open a case. It’s the hassle of having to repack and send back. Customer service needs improvement. On the positive side the refund was sent as soon as received.
