    Hose sent was not as per the picture or description. No feedback received on dispatch and still none. Contacted the seller who initially responded and said would get back to me but didn’t so had to open a case. It’s the hassle of having to repack and send back. Customer service needs improvement. On the positive side the refund was sent as soon as received.

    Received this Space Heater very fast indeed. Space Heater is as described, packed and sealed in a strong Dreo box, brand new. Space heater is amazing, use 18 degrees on ECO setting and heats our living room in a very quick time. It rotates abd glheat is dispersed by fans inside the heater housing. Very happy, thank you great seller. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
