    Quality product. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. As many have noted, Ray is one of those people that takes Excellence very seriously. He helped me straighten out a shipping issue (my mistake), emailed back and forth immediately until solved, stayed up late in order to do so. Incredible.     Ray texted me after the order was put in to make sure the part ordered fit the machine. He looked up the serial number on his end to confirm the right fit. Great customer service and communication there. I placed the order on a Thursday night. The order arrived on Tuesday shipped with FedEx.
