  The quality and condition is as described. The rodent box trap looks robust and the appearance is good. The order contained two boxes which appears to be good value. The boxes were ordered on the 12th and to my surprise they arrived on the 14th well packaged. I had reason to contact the seller and their customer service is outstanding.

  Very quick deliver, Order arrived within 2 days! Item described exactly how it was. Delivery came in 3 parts, so didn’t weigh a lot to bring in. Very helpful, as I selected wrong colour… so I sent a message and got a reply straight away! They changed it for me. All round great service and speedy delivery! Thank you

  Excellent seller. Delivery company Fed ex misplaced the second box of the order. Contacted the seller who resolved the issue and the second box arrived two days later as delivery company had missed it as box 2 of 2.

  The barrow arrived quickly and is of reasonable quality and fairly easy to assemble. I ordered the pink which is more of a purple/pink and not as bright a pink as the photo depicts. Seller offered to exchange but said I had received the pink one so wasn’t really much point in exchanging if I was going to receive the exact same one!!! I would recommend the seller and the barrow despite being disappointed in the colour. It’s only a barrow so at the end of the day colour doesn’t really matter lol

  FedEx tracking updated wrong saying delivered when it hadn’t been, contacted the seller and couldn’t have been more pleased with how my query was handled, after contacting the seller, FedEx then arrived like magic with said “previously delivered parcel”. Seems the negative feedback left for this company about their deliveries isn’t very fair, as seems Fedex have the issues. Seller was great and happy customer. A++++

  Package arrived but part missing ,box looked like it had been kicked around by couriers, a quick telephone call to supplier and a replacement part arrived next day. Excellent response and very helpful. Would recommend.
