    Delivery by Royal Mail Took almost a week to arrive. An E-mail informed me that my parcel had been directed to another sorting office 20 miles away. I fail to understand how a package with a clear postcode cannot be delivered to the nearest sorting office which is within 5 miles of my delivery address.I suppose the reasons could be Royal Mails policy of only delivering 2nd class mail less frequently. Goods were as described

    Unfortunately the item got damaged in transport despites seller efforts of packaging it really well. When contacted, I got immediately offered options to either return it or get some money back in case I could repair the motherboard. Great customer service so would use this seller again.
