  I have bought from this supplier several times and have been impressed with the service. The items being well packed and delivered on time. There was a minor problem this time with the delivery, but was sorted very quickly and had no impact on the locomotive purchased which was as described. The service is still great and I would recomend AC Models without hesitation. Thank you again.

  1st loco arrived damaged even though double boxed, obviously due to careless handling by the courier service. I contacted AC Models whom were most helpful and supplied a replacement within 48 hours. They added additional bubble wrap as additional protection and the 2nd loco upon opening was in pristine condition. Excellent service from this 1st class retailer. 10/10. Highly recommend them.

  Ordered Friday morning arrived Saturday morning. Great service, well packed. Model as described is new with the box still wrapped in the customary Farish tissue paper. No quams about giving this 5 stars. Will definitely be looking at the seller's other items.

  The postage was brilliant because it came within the estimated delivery time. The packaging was good because it was just one item wrapped in bubble wrap. It was described as having more items instead of one on its own. The value of it is good for a new item.

  The model was delivered promptly and advertised as new. Unfortunately on opening the airfix sealed box there were no instructions or decals. The seller was most helpful in trying to get the decals but airfix no longer able to supply the decals. The seller did offer me to send it back for a full refund but I have decided to keep the model and try and source an alternative for the decals. Does not put me off buying from them in the future 👏

  Another good experience with this seller. Item as described (apart from a couple of small parts that had fallen off in the box, but it was a spares or repair model anyway), and arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks.
