    When item arrived it was neatly packaged, and it great shape. The price was agreeable. Unfortunately when it arrived it was a different figure. When brought to their attention they apologized promptly and told me they would resend the correct figure and I could keep the other one too. It was well work the hassle. It arrived and looked exactly like it did in the picture. It was of genuine quality and looked amazing.

    Item was packaged very well. Price was good. Shipping was fast. I informed the seller that I received two of one minifigure and zero of the other by accident. The seller promptly replied and said they would mail out the correct minifigure and that I could keep the minifigure that was the mistake. That is excellent customer service. Thank you very much ACE of Bricks!

    I bought the complete set of Lego Dungeons and Dragons and received a duplicate of one and missing one. I contacted Ace and they sent me the corect one free of charge and I can keep the extra one. Great seller and defintely buy from Ace again :)
