    Super fast to dispatch and post via APC OVERNIGHT NEXT DAY DELIVERY, great postage service and early notification via email on tracking, no hostage postage. Item not the one in photo, but one that is branded and same specs, so no issue as it does work for my needs. I have saved seller as I would use again in the future, great customer service from a 5 Star ebayer/seller :)

    The adaptor charger for a Bosch vacuum cleaner arrived in quick time, well packaged and has been a successful replacement. The sellers communication and information about any issues has been first class and gives value for money. I highly recommend this seller.

    It was a absolute pleasure to work along side a top eBay seller,with a positively smooth transaction experience process taking place.The item in question: rapidly sent and despatched in a very convenient time frame period.Once delivered and handled by myself I can honestly say that the item I ordered was very well packaged and was as described,I tried the cable almost straight away and it works great and as expected.The condition and appearance was on point and represents great value too A* :)

    Arrived earlier than expected however I haven't used it as it wasn't what I needed, spoke with John who was pleasant and helpful he was happy to refund however I agreed to keep the item, he did offer to send me the bit that I needed. It didn't arrive but I'll over look that seen that. John showed that he cared and genuinely wanted to help so it's all good. Great experience I'd definitely recommend this seller

    The first adapter they sent had the incorrect sized shaft, so it didn’t fit. I contacted the seller , sent a pic, and quick as a flash they sent the correct one out to me. The communication & effectiveness of the seller is like a breath of fresh air :) really grateful to do business with these guys! It looks like a quality adapter too. Thanks!
