    My order took 12 days to arrive. There had been an error made by the sellers staff and my order went to the wrong customer. After waiting over a week for my order, I contacted the seller. He looked into it and found the shipping error. Needless to say I was not happy. However the seller did everything he could to correct the mistake and get my order to me. Seller is quick to respond to e-mails and kept me updated. He refunded my shipping cost. Thank you.

    Item received is not as represented in the picture. The picture shows a spoke with a spoke nipple. The nipples were not included with my shipment. The seller has not responded to my email. I gave the seller well over a week + to respond., and by the way, they over charged me for shipping.
