    Hiccups sometimes occur with an order and that's what happened this time. Seller responded faultlessly. I didn't ask for an underpaid postage refund but I got that as well as the bits that fell out of the holed package.

    Fabulous service from this amazingly decent seller. He bent over backward to sort out my missing parcel/purchase, and without me having to chase him. He was genuinely concerned that the Royal Mail had let both him and me down. It's very rare these day to find such a gentleman, a trader with ethics, principles and concerns. I really appreciated his customer service, attitude and approach, utterly fantastic. I whole-heartedly recommend this seller.
