I contacted the seller and an apology and instant refund was provided. Unfortunately the part was out of stock so it was not possible to re-order. Despite this, ABC Products Direct handling of the situation was first rate customer service. It is unbelievable that Royal Mail can lose something the size of a vacuum hose!!
