Contacted them about the issue, and they allowed me the opportunity to find issue. 45min. Later and a some silver solder, I had a working amplifier! Great prices excellent communication! Fast shipping though they are working on packaging thin sheet metal electronics! Shippers Literally DROPSHIP EVERYTHING! Won't stop me from purchasing from a dependable company! Lee

My inquiry to the seller met with immediate assurance that the unit was insured and requested to take pics to support a claim. My checkout showed the unit unscathed and in good working order. Condition even better than shown as listed. Seller is great in communicating about delays caused by weather or USPS routing. Very good purchase. Highly recommended.

The numerous pictures didn’t show a power cord, when the question was asked about cord; never received a response, even after numerous emails on price. I felt seller was misleading in the non response, but the required cord was very standard “IBM” type.
