First, they say they ship from Illinois and they don't. Their products come from China second off had issues with the tracking number. Clear up till the day before it was delivered and they could not give me a clear tracking number. Clear answer about the tracking numbers and now, 13 days after I receive the product. One of them is coming apart and all they can say is referred to our return policy. Which says nothing about a defective item. Only that returns are accepted within 14 days

First off, they say they're shipping from Illinois and the United States and their products come from China. Second, there were issues with the tracking number. Clear up till the day before. It was delivered now 13 days after I received the item. One of them's coming apart and all they can say is please review the return policy? Which says 14 days and says nothing about the item being defective?I would highly recommend no one buys from this company

First i only ordered from them because it was supposed to ship from within the US and ended up coming from china then Issues with the shipping numbers, I couldn't track it until the day before I received it, the guy could not give me a clear answer or active tracking number for 3 days and now 13 days after I received the 3 harnesses I ordered 1 is coming apart and they said kindly look at our return policy..... very disappointed in this seller and their products HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!
