    Item was shipped in a very efficient timeframe for it's price. The product meets the appearance present in the photos. Condition criteria is also accurate to the photos, beeing in excellent condition from seller to delivery point.     Great seller! Keyboard is exactly as described and fit my HP Spectre 13-ae000 laptop perfectly! It was packed very nicely and is a high quality part. Was very happy to be able to get this shipped from within US bc usually I have to get from China and wait much longer (listing said item location was KY but really shipped from CA, which is much further from me, but still way better than from overseas).

    It works. Seller communication excellent. Fast shipping. Had to order once more because dhl returned the previous keyboard. Seller refunded in 2 days and sent me another in a week's time
