Bad sound and hearing quality
I tried this cover for a week and not only had a hard time hearing people but they had a harder time hearing me. Took out all of the plastic film covering the open ports and have settled on using it as a protective case without waterproofing. Wish I would have known before laying down 30 bucks!!!

Very bad quality!!!!
Case feels very cheaply made and dose not function as described. The “water proof” seal doesn’t work when submerging your device and the back plate wouldn’t even fully go on with my iPhone 8. I would highly suggest a lifeproof or otter box case over this price of garbage.
