    EXCELLENT PHONE AT ANY PRICE

    I'M 60 AND BOUGHT MY 1ST SMART PHONE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO, WAS GOING TO BUY THE MAVEN , BUT BEST BUY PUT THE SAMSUNG GALAXY EXPRESS 3 ON SALE FOR 10 BUCKS MORE AND I WENT WITH IT. MY 84 YEAR OLD FATHER DECIDED HE WANTED A SMART PHONE, PICKED THIS ONE UP AT BEST BUY FOR 30 DELIVERED TO THE DOOR. SET IT UP WITH HIS OLD SIM CARD, HE DOESN'T HAVE INTERNET , BUT THE MAVEN IS ONE OF A FEW MODELS THAT ALLOW YOU TO CONNECT TO A WIFI SIGNAL WITHOUT A DATA PLAN AT ALL. HE'S PIGGY BACKING OFF MY SON'S INTERNET FROM NEXT DOOR AND I LIKE HIS PHONE BETTER. HE CAN DO , IF HE KNEW HOW, IN 2 STEPS ON THE MAVEN WHAT TAKES ME 4 ON MY SAMSUNG, AND GETS MUCH MUCH BETTER RECEPTION, I GET 2 BARS WHILE HIS SHINES 4. GET ONE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY YOU CANT GO WRONG. AND ATT&T NOT THE ONLY CARRIER THESE WILL WORK WITH. TRY PURE TALK USA OR PURETALKCELLULAR, MY UNLIMITED PLAN IS 24 PER MONTH, MY DAD'S SENIOR 500 MINUTE PLAN IS 10 PER MONTH. USES ALL AT&T EQUIPMENT, KEEP YOUR AT&T # OR CHANGE, AT&T SUB IN NO CONTRACT FIELD, PAY IN ADVANCE W/ CREDIT CARD PICK A PLAN, AND GO. EASY PEASY, REALLY FAMILY PLANS TOO, NO CONTRACT.

    ZTE maven

    It's tall and heavy for the screen size, materials are resistant. It doesn't look attractive. The screen colors aren't the best, but surely you won't find a better phone for the price. 4.5 inches 854x480, 1GB ram, 8gb internals, Android 5.1, 2000mah.

    Dare to compare

    Here is the cell phone I picked out of 5 that I have used. After all i used this zte outranked the more expensive phones. Sound, weight, bluetooth, sensors, battery, storage. Moto x was the worst. China M1. ok and the v10 was ok m8 and the doogee ok but the Zte Maven beat all of them right out of the box. don't waste your money get this phone unlocked and forget the others.

    Truly best value for the money

    they say that u get what you pay for but this phone works pretty well for what i bought mine for. the screen seems to be just as sharp and vivid as my S5 The case and glass seem to be as tough and im surprised the battery lasts 2 days without charging with average (for me ) usage..i like almost everything about it and im not easily impressed by anything nowdays (except the new gt350 and ZL1)(lol)

    good phone, not an iPhone

    Compared to an iPhone, it's thinner and I'm afraid that's the only advantage. Slightly worse battery life, the camera is high resolution but the photos are crap, when using earbuds I couldn't turn the volume down to a reasonable level and at times I heard the electronic background noise.

    great value

    I bought the ZTE Maven as a back up for my weekend house that only gets an ATT signal. I'm really impressed with it's features and overall function. It was on sale at Best Value and you can't beat the price for smartphone.

    this is a great phone

    I have no problems with this phone whatsoever it wakes me up in the morning it plays music for me a couple hours at night the word processor is pretty much perfect the battery life is charge once a day the Internet and eBay is perfect no complaints

    The phone is a little glitchy but not bad and the system memory is horrible. The phone has 8gb internal and half of it is used by the system memory and the battery is OK. Sometimes I can last all day and others about 5 to 6 hours

    Wonderful LTE phones

    I bought one for myself. Even though it only has 8GB storage where more than a half was occupied by the OS and bloatware, I was able to port tons of apps to the external SD. Now, I still have 2GB space left in the storage. That is amazing. I don't know if other phones allow you to do that. It is a rather speedy phones. Also, with Wifi on, left it overnight with sync on, I still got 90+% in the battery the next morning. I'd say it is quite power efficient. The Wifi reception is on the par with my Nexus 7. The LTE speed is also on the par with my in-home Wifi. The display is pretty good. I bought two others for my son and daughter, they are very happy with their phones. In one words, very good phone at a steal.
