The product is good for inexpensive home protection. What I don't like is it's lack of compatibility with Google Home and Smart Life/Tuya, Alexa or any other 3rd party. Let's be frank Wyze is to small of a smart home company to be so guarded with their platform. I wanted to to do a simple procedure to send video to my Android TV when someone was at my door but could not because of them limitations Google has and Wyze. I had to write a 3rd party WebHook on to IFTTT then have it trigger to Home Assistant and finally have Home Assistant fire a json event. Very good
Everything works as it should except the keypad. (Think you need to buy their monitoring service for it to work) I didn’t buy it from Wyze because I didn’t want to sign up for the plan which is the only way you can buy the sense hub now. (As I understand it) All the sensors work as they should and I can monitor my own alerts. I received my system quickly & all components were there. When I try y try o bring up the Wyze app all I see are types of adds for more products there is nothing to either help with setup or bring up the system.
