Not worth the extra money.
I bought this B-350xt because I have two older B250-xt's and they were getting tired. I thought I would upgrade. That, apparently, was not a good choice. The B350-xt has TERRIBLE volume. Can't hear nearly as well as the B250. And volume is up. And, no, I'm not hard of hearing. Still like the quality of the noise cancelling and comfort. But the buttons are not nearly as user friendly. I probably wouldn't but another one.

Hard to keep on head with normal movement
Easy to use but hard to keep on head - keeps sliding off. Also have a B450-XT that I like much better even though it is a little larger.

Loses charge and connection
The design and sound quality of the headset is good. Unfortunately, it loses battery charge within 30 minutes and will abruptly lose connection.

Lightweight and comfortable to use.
I bought this one for A spare because I like the one I'm using so much. (Same model). I have had my current one for about A year with no problems. And I'm A truck driver so it gets A lot of use... And yes it stays put for me...

speaker sounds cracked does not hold a charged very long and a lot of the time people cant hear me like a wire is loose some where
