    Great length, lightweight material, two colors.

    I've gotten used to using these readily available velcro ties for computer and music cables, so I was eager to find longer lengths and wider widths, with tougher materials, for use tying back long heavy duty extension cord cables, especially the type used in theater lighting. Normally I'd use what I was trained with, and that's black shoe strings, but velcro ties promised a tighter fit and easier release. These are much thinner than most other brands, comparable to duct tape vs flat shoe string, and the surface if the wooly side as well as the hook side are finely textured. At first I thought the grip would not hold tightly, nor last very long, but I was wrong. The grip is good and tight. Be advised, there are two separate colors of ties, black AND gray, not ties with a black face and gray reverse, as I had assumed. Also, the packet sent to me was not marked the same as what's shown on the post. It is marked "Thin ties, used for lightweight applications". That said, I'm sure these were not meant for the heavy weight cables I'm using them for, but they do work. Time will tell whether they will hold up.

    Versatility in Length

    I organize all of my cords with similar cable ties but none were long enough to tie both sides of the cable to the brick of my Surface Pro 4 power cable. This one did the trick.

    overall good product

    graet straps for all your cords from the computer to the work shop. The only problem that i have is that they are not long enough.
