DON'T BUY FROM PERFIT PARTS!!!!
Don't buy from perfitparts Never worked right from day 1. It is quiet because the clutch doesn't work. It should not freely turn like this one did. I replaced it with one from Autozone, and the AC works now. perfitparts won't refund my money being it never worked properly from day 1 and totally died on month 10. No more vacuum cleaner under my hood!
This problem is very common amongst the Chevy and GM family of SUVs, this has happened to me 2 years ago, so the moment i heard the engine breathing like a jet fighter plane i ordered right away, got the part super fast, had it installed, and now you can't even tell that the vehicle is on, its so smooth and quiet. PFFFFFT.
if it worked like it was supposed to, it would have been great. It hit a code the first time I started the engine.
