A Classic
First of all, let me start by saying
this; if you are a gamer, and you identify with the statement "amazing GFX is important for gaming" over "Gameplay(or story) is, and always will be most important."
In other words, the LB isn't the fastest, isn't the best handling,
it's topheavy, short wheelbase,
awful front suspension geometry, etc..but all that doesn't matter, because this truck is FUN, and tough(enough), but if you seriously try to kill it, you will, juat like any other hobby grade rc vehicle.
What it does: It makes very cool tire sounds when it peels out on low traction surfaces, higher traction causes abrupt and dramatic wheelies; turning is best done off throttle or braking, Awesomely-detailed body that you'll scrape up immediately..
Mine gets driven, so the edges are beat up..truck is tough though, if you stick with a nimh 6cell and the stock speed control/motor..
I'm kinda thinking of something with a little bit more torque, but honestly, the stock units are well matched to the chassis capability.. If you take the time, this model can be made to look amazing, and shelf-able.(Get a beater body from Parma, and treat the stock unit like a baby..
In conclusion, the radio gear and servo you choose should be budget; nothing expensive.
This is a fun vehicle, and cool to assemble. I may get another, so they can be buds.
