Worked great for 2 weeks
Signal was great, easy to setup. only downside was window unit broke after 2 weeks of use. started making a clicking sound and wouldnt power on at all. had to order another one. Edit: These have to be sold as a set with matching serial numbers. the items will not work or pair unless they are matching. be wary of buying any singular unit as it will not work for you.

A Good Product, With a Catch....
I bought this item to increase my cellphone signal in the granite, tomb-like building where I work. The good news is that the item works as advertised. It substantially boosted the 4G signal inside my workplace. The bad news is that it ONLY boosts 4G, which means that if your cellphone doesn't support VoLTE (which means "Voice Over LTE") -- and mine didn't -- then it's not going to improve your call coverage (although it likely will improve your data coverage). So, if you are looking for better cellphone reception and coverage, I suggest that you check to make sure that your phone supports VoLTE before you buy this item.

Works Really Well, But For How Long???
I hate the fact that I had to buy a signal booster to get cell service in my home, thus subsidizing T-Mobile's poor coverage and failure to build new cell towers. That being said, this signal booster does a great job of pulling in very weak signals. My phone went from 0 or 1 bar intermittently to a consistent 5 bars. However, I also want to say that this is my second signal booster. My first one was a used one that I bought on eBay. I don't know how old it was, but it died after only using it for 6 months. I don't know how long this equipment will last. Fortunately I got the one I have now for a really good price.

It helps but not perfect
The advertised range is exaggerated. The trick on a big house is getting the base unit in a central spot that also has a good power level. Without getting into too much detail, basically you get a higher power level the further you are from the window unit. But if the window unit is at one end of a big house and the base is at the other - sure, the base will put out a good strong signal but it's not necessarily going to cover the whole house. This makes sense for those who have the unit. Suffice to say it works but don't expect miracle coverage. For that you may need more units.

It's the right product for my poorly covered home.
Where I live is like a Bermuda triangle of cell signal. I was with Verizon(supposedly the best coverage network) for more than 10 years.. Never had a signal.. doesn't matter 3G, 4G... I was had it with them and move on to T-mobile which has marginally better signal showing than Verizon, anyways, The signal was there but, never stable... so I was looking into products that can boost signal, many of them looked promising, but expensive. But, this product is actually the one that I can afford and has further the coverage area in my house.. Not perfect but It definitely improved my poor signal problem.

Great product
If it weren't for wi-fi I would've never been able to make calls and sometimes my phone gets stuck going in and out of wi-fi. Anyway, this product keeps me from having to use wi-fi just to make phone calls, its great! The units are a lot bigger than I thought they were going to be so I had an issue on placement but I was able to figure it out.

Disappointed, didn't help my signal
This turned out to be a poor solution for my particular needs. This product needs a good signal at some place, which it then relays to other places nearby. Since I have a poor signal throughout my building, it was of limited value to me. I had hoped for a solution that would provide connectivity with the larger cellphone network via the Internet.

It works
It works. I researched this and found it is comparable with T-Mobile and most providers using TMobile frequencies. It also requires per FCC regulations that you register the device with your provider. 90 minutes of passing between metro PC's and TMobile was fruitless. I then plugged it in and the phones went from 0-1 bars to 3-4 bars. Clearer calls. No drops.

Works, even with crappy signal...
I only get 1 bar LTE in my house, in the very corner standing halfway outside. Put window unit in this corner, put covergae unit in back of house, voila, from -119 db to -95 db. Still kinda crappy right? Yes, crappy, but all I needed was solid voice calling, which I now have. I'm using MetroPCS, and yes you can register this device on their website and still use in 2018. UPDATE: For zero reason at all, this cell phone booster will not allow my phone to gain any DB any longer. All the other phones in my house have VoWiFi so they don't count. I get the same amount of signal now if I have this turned on or off. For some reason this is a pile of garbage now, I do not recommend.

The replacement window unit seems to work and gets 2 -3 green lines, but does not pair with the coverage unit at all. I think that you can not just replace the coverage or window unit individualy, they must be replaced with a new pair. My coverage unit used to connect with my old window unit that broke, but it is not connecting with this replacement unit
