Must buy..
I don't write reviews but I had to. This amp is powering a Skar VXF-12 D12 2 ohm 1500 watts RMS competition sub. Its a perfect match , its loud and clear at high volume and the bass is strong. This is my first time purchasing Skar and I'm very satisfied....

Best amp I've ever had
I just got the amp hooked it up and it's the best amp I've ever owned I in a hurry bought a planet audio 1500 watt amp to get it all bumpin when I first got my speakers and when I got paid again I bought this and its 1500 watts and its crazy how much harder it hits I've had systems since I was 16 so I know what I'm talking about and the fact that this amp really does 1 ohm stable makes it even more worth it and it came in 3 days

Didnt last long
:/ Well I wish I could say I’m making this up but hooked up to a dvc 1500 watt 15” it lasted about 2 months and shorted out and almost caught fire, burnt the carpet in my truck, shorted the power supply to the truck which killed all the lights to the truck while driving home from a night shift at 11pm. It now smells burnt and doesn’t function at all. Worked great when it worked but didn’t last long

Awsome!!
If you thinking of purchasing an amplifier don't waste your money on garbage buy this amp I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of skar amplifiers before. But upon a lot of research and positive reviews I want to head and pulled the trigger and man am I glad I did thank you very much for making a great product.

Bang for the buck
Have mine running a Skar SVR 12” dual 4 ohm 800 RMS. And they go great together. Love the bass knob Haven’t noticed it get warm at all even after playing it over an hour . It appears to be a solid amp. Running it at 2 ohms - and does just fine . Getting a second SVR 12” and will be running one ohm. It I’ll have to watch out cus it’s 1500 rms at one ohm. This amp packs a good punch. It’s over kill for the 800 rms SVR 12s But I’m gonna bring down the gain. I like that it will have a solid amount of watts It won’t be stressed at all. Also running a separate battery right next to it. If you run two batteries make sure the CCA’s Are the same. It sounds a lot better with the second battery. I ran welding cable from -ACE -to the second battery. Then high quality wire from there to the amp. Over all I’m super happy with this amp and hope to get a 4 channel Skar amp soon.

Refurbished Skar RP-1500.1D Amp
Amp arrived in perfect condition, couldn't believe this thing was refurbished by any means. Thing slams for an amp of this size, stays super cool and perfectly powers my system without any negative power draws from my electrical system...Highly Recommended !!!

Fried after 8 months!
I don’t normally write a review on products but this product is absolute junk. I’ve had this amp for 8 months powering 2 10” Skar 800watt subs and I had it professionally tuned and tonight my amp fried. I had a kicker 600.1 amp on them and it pushed them way better than this one ever did. Terrible output to subs. Definitely won’t spend the 200 bucks on another one.

Great product
I love the slim and sleek design and it does not over heat, this is a great all around amp that can be placed anywhere in a vehicle. I’ve added a bat cap and it performs very well. It pushes my sdr 12’s great. Well done SKAR for the design and performance.

Compact and Powerful
I wasn't surprised by its performance, because I already know Skar products equal and exceed performance. What was surprising was the size of the amp. Its about half the size of a cereal box, if you divide it longways. Maybe 14"×4". For something that packs such results, I would thought it would be bigger. No that i would, but it could easily fit under a front seat. Compact and powerful!
