    the good and not so good

    The screen size is smaller than I expected, had trouble with the fingerprint I. D., I have had phones since their inception and struggled with the transition. I do like several features on the Gallaxy like easy transfer/sync to windows. Which I was never able to do with an iPhone plus with more storage capabilities I have not given up on Samsung/android

    Fast response to touches. Bright display. Worked right out of the box.

    Battery lasts all day, and I have 223 apps installed in addition to the pre-loaded ones. Came sealed in original packaging. Came 80% charged. Dropped my SIM card in and it worked right away. Has a fast response, much faster than my S8 that I replaced with this phone. Nice bright display.

    Great Features and good price

    Because it has some new features on the phone compared to my Samsung 9 which I still use but I love my new phone, and it was reasonably priced, thanks

    Easy upgrade from a Samsung s6 to s10

    Upgraded from a S6 to a S10. Transfer from a S6 Verizon to S10 Verizon locked was much easier than I thought it would be. Switched phones on Verizon account, installed old phone sim card in new and loaded and initiated a data transfer app. Download took awhile; but, majority of data was transferred. Happy with increased data storage along with other new features. Reason for upgrade was dying battery and storage was maxed out on S6.

    Very good phone, but sitll with some room for improvement

    A very good phone. One thing that could be better - I can hardly see the screen at maximum brightness in a sunny day outdoor. Another thing is the eternal Android bugs - e.g. multiplying the contacts uncontrollably. And merging does not work. Still not fixed.

    Great phone

    I really like this phone, its a great design for me because its still big but its thinner than expected and fits nicely in my hand. The battery lasts longer, the pics come out nice and it functions as expected. No complaints at all. Ive had the phone over a week now and i'm definetely satisfied with this one. I swiched from my iphone and i'm not missing a thing.

    nice phone, happy with purchase.

    looks like new, everything works fine. Took it to my local verizon store and they set it up for me. I live out in the country side and it works fine doesn't drop calls like my att phone. very happy with this phone.
