A GREAT PHONE, GOOD VALUE!!
I was a bit skeptical as I examined it out if the box. It had a 75% charge in it and I plugged it in with the charger that was included (looks like a new charger). I let it charge for a few hours, ...nothing happened, battery was getting low and not charging. I have my own charger for my old phone & it fits, so I used that instead, and voila! It charged to 100% in less than 40 mins.! It came with a bad charger!!☹! Once I transfered the SIM card to this one, I was only way. It loaded the files I want transferred from my old phone, got rid of some pre- installed useless (for me) apps. I will definitely NOT fill it with junk apps, docs, etc.. to keep it clutter free! I did some extensive homework, researching for a good reliable, efficient, for my use,, and I made a good decision.. I paid $ 399+tax!! My 1st Samsung!, It's clean, fast (5G) when available, Camera back & front are amazing!! Great choice for the $$ budget I allotted. 👍!!!

Vast improvement over the 2019 model
Great 5G capable phone for the price. Decent size screen, same as the S21+ actually. Finger print reader much better than the previous generation. Almost has the makings of a high end phone except for that horrible "glasstic" back. Say it with me Samsung...."matte finish". Absolute fingerprint magnet. If you buy, get a case or a Dbrand skin as soon as possible if you don't want your phone to look like a crime scene.

Great smartphone
The Samsung A71 5g is a great smartphone. It holds a charge for a long time. It charges fast and it has a great display. For having a single down firing speaker, it gets loud enough while remaining clear. Watching video and listening to music on the device is a very enjoyable experience, especially with wireless or wired 🎧 using the 3.5 mm headphone jack at the bottom next to the USB type c charger port. The audio quality is fantastic with wired and Bluetooth connections, without any static and dolby on board. Recovering videos and taking photos is also enjoyable due to the high resolution of the cameras and the snapdragon 765g being a very competent processor. The device has a metal frame with plastic back. This makes it very durable but still light and it gets great reception as most Samsung phones have done in the last few years. Getting this device unlocked makes it a verversatile device. It is more functional than a flat ship in my opinion due to having a headphone jack and micro sd card slot in the sim tray.

It's a smartphone
A friend recommended the Samsung Galaxy A70 that they used, and I found the A71 which is just a more up to date model. It has the features I needed. It's a bit big, but it's still a phone and not a phablet.

No "fluff" just stuff you need!
Does what I need. Quickly and smoothly accesses everything I need. No extra "fluff" pre-loaded, so it has a much quicker response and less of on-board memory used for this stuff I don't want/use. Having saved to Google and to Samsung Cloud saved most everything on my Samsung 51 that took a dive into a bowl full of water and would not recover. Save your documents and downloads separately, as all that were not on my memory card were lost.

Pretty good phone
Its a decent size phone screen nice for videoes great performance with games like pubg and cod battery life last all day even with heavy use

Good phone, good value.
Purchased as an upgrade over my old phone, wanted to add a memory card to save photos to & this series phone had that feature & was compatible with my carrier. Very happy with purchase.

I'm pleased with A71 5G
Great phone for the price. After two weeks of use device has been fully functional. Device is missing the ability to change via inductive charging as only feature compared to S series phones.
